Network Management Group is an authorized warranty repair center for the majority of the products we sell. Our factory trained and certified technicians allow us to obtain support and parts quickly to get you working sooner.
Sometimes, though, manufacturers’ warranties are not enough or you would like to add coverage to existing equipment. We now offer extended warranties on PCs, laptops, servers and printers. The program is modeled after shared cost programs in healthcare. Plus, many of the warranties cost less than those offered by manufacturers with service provided locally.
Support Plans provide clients with customized solutions for servicing and repairing technology when uptime is a priority. Plans are structured to fit the client’s in-house expertise, existing infrastructure, risk exposure and geographic location. Additionally, clients benefit from periodic strategic technology reviews and reduced labor rates for technical support.
