- Our Help Desk personnel will forward your request to the appropriate department to quickly determine the best method of response to your issue. Please provide us a detailed description of your issue. Make sure to include your contact information and your preferred method of communication.

- Our service department is available by phone. Our Help Desk personnel will identify the type of service you require and will determine the best course of action to help resolve the issue. If we can assist you by phone, minimal service charges will apply.
Remote Support
- Once your service needs have been determined, we may ask you to initiate a Remote Desktop Support session. This allows our technicians direct access to your systems to help diagnose or resolve your issue.
NetCare Clients: Response times range from 1 to 4 hours depending upon your agreement. Please use the NMGI Client Support Portal to expedite service and check status.
Non-NetCare Clients: Response times vary with resource availability. Expect email or phone follow-up within 48 hours.

NetWatch Remote Monitoring & Management
When parts of your network go down, your productivity decreases and your profits are ultimately reduced. NetWatch ensures your network remains operational and functioning as it should in order for your business to carry out it's daily activities.
What is Network Monitoring?
Network monitoring is a process which alerts business owners and key people to any problems that might occur over the network. We will alert you when changes to your network require action, and assist you with the actions to ensure the problem is resolved quickly.
Network Monitoring Services
NetWatch will handle all aspects of monitoring your network and prevent most problems from occurring and provide solutions for any that do happen.
Intelli-Monitoring and Notifications
NetWatch offers real time monitoring. When a critical issue occurs, such as a down server, we will notify you often before you realize that there is a problem.
Backup Monitoring
NetWatch provides backup monitoring for both our NetRescue solution and Symantec Backup Exec (previously veritas). We can analyze log files to help determine the root cause of failures and provide extra help in fixing these issues.
Device Monitoring
Network monitoring includes device availability monitoring for up to 50 devices.
