NetCare Managed IT Services

NMGI's NetWatch Monitoring Service is a core component of NetCare. The devices and services listed below can be monitored remotely as part of NetCare.

Once configured, NMGI will receive notifications and alerts for key systems and devices operating outside of pre-established thresholds. Critical issues can be detected before they occur, and problems can be resolved quickly based on known data and historical trends. Your business will reduce downtime and gain the benefit of a qualified personnel providing "back-up" to your existing technical team.

Notes:

  1. Available for CA eTrust, McAfee, Norton, Sophos, and Trend.
  2. Requires SNMP to be enabled on the firewall.
  3. Requires a Linux-based SNORT server to be installed on the network.
  4. Requires an APC-branded UPS with Network Management Card.
  5. Requires HP Insight Manager to be installed and configured.
  6. Requires Dell Remote Access Card to be installed and configured.
  7. Requires Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer to be installed and configured.
