The DoubleCheck Email Manager™ with McAfee Anti-virus is an award-winning email firewall appliance that checks inbound and outbound email for spam, viruses, phishing and policy violations without requiring new server or desktop software. (See the Reseller Program Overview, Product Data Sheet and Reporting, Logging and Monitoring Overview for details.)

NMGI uses ConnectWise PSA in its VAR business and for automating DoubleCheck processes. For example, all system and license orders flow through the Status stages of Order Confirmed, Ready To Ship and Shipped. RMAs are tracked from Issued to Closed. Time spent developing, assembling, shipping and supporting systems is tracked along with contact information on over 90 Authorized DoubleCheck Resellers.

A growing number of solution providers select DoubleCheck for their suite of managed services. Recurring revenue opportunities are available through both an ASP service and a managed appliance service. The ASP service directs email through the reseller's DoubleCheck system for a monthly fee. The managed appliance service charges a monthly fee to install, support, report and optimize the customer's email. NMGI works with N-able Technologies and Level Platforms to offer system monitoring.
