Remote Support
- Once your service needs have been determined, we may ask you to initiate a Remote Desktop Support session. This allows our technicians direct access to your systems to help diagnose or resolve your issue.
NetCare Clients: Response times range from 1 to 4 hours depending upon your agreement. Please use the NMGI Client Support Portal to expedite service and check status.
Non-NetCare Clients: Response times vary with resource availability. Expect email or phone follow-up within 48 hours.

With over 125 combined years of experience this team has continued to morph NMGI into an industry leading computer consultancy. Steve Harper and Randy Johnston have assembled a nimble, energetic, competent, and customer focused management team. Brief Profiles are listed below for the four line managers
Soni McClelland – Associate #1 and with 28 years of experience as Controller for our combined companies
Sean Williams – VP of Services : Over 20 years of industry experience most as a computer reseller and owner. Sean holds many major industry certifications from Microsoft, HP, VMWare, Cisco, and SonicWall to name a few.
Ken McClelland – VP of Sales: Has over 20 years experience leading the sales and marketing activities at NMGI.
Doug Elliott – General Manager – Doug has been a member of the NMGI management team for over five years after running another successful franchise business. Doug as head of several NMGI divisions continues to deliver “World Class” service to our clients.

Randy Johnston - has been an entrepreneur, technologist, and teacher for most of his career. He has helped start and run many businesses, and currently owns part of both Network Management Group, Inc. and K2 Enterprises. Randy is not afraid to tackle a business management problem or to get his hands dirty answering a low-level technical question. He is best known for his early and on-going expertise in networks including LANs, WANs, Intranets, Extranets and the Internet. His expertise has grown to touch virtually every technology in the marketplace. He is particularly well known for his technology update overview, accounting software, and paperless office expertise. Steve Harper - After graduating from Wichita State University in 1973, with his BBA degree, Steve spent 10 years in commercial banking. As an entrepreneur he has opened 9 computer retail locations and served on the advisory boards to technology companies including (IBM, Compaq, HP, Toshiba, 3Com, McAfee, Entre, Intelligent Electronics, and Ingram Micro). In addition he has served on the Board of Directors for CompTIA, Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Boy Scouts of America and various local organizations and associations. Read More...
